At IHC, our Support Workers and Management Team are the heart of everything we do. Their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment make a profound difference in the lives of people we support every single day.

We were thrilled to host our very first Workers' Appreciation Night to celebrate this incredible team of workers. An evening of good food, great company, and well-deserved recognition.

From Monday to Friday, we focus on developing essential life skills such as self-care, household tasks, cooking, grocery shopping, communication, and numeracy skills. Our goal is to build confidence and independence, empowering our participants to thrive in their daily lives. 🥘🛒💸
