Come and see us at the ImpactInstitute Melbourne Disability Expo on the 21st and 22nd of November at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre!

We are so excited that this time next week our team will be at the Convention & Exhibition Centre to represent our organisation.

At Direct Care Assistance, we believe that quality care begins with a strong, well-supported team. 💜

Last week, our DCA team facilitated induction and training sessions for around 60 new and existing support workers across our Melbourne West team, running back-to-back. It was an incredible opportunity to connect, share our values, and ensure every team member is equipped with the right knowledge and resources to deliver the highest standard of care.

We recognise that the only way to provide consistent, quality support is by continuously investing in our people, through training, guidance, and collaboration.
