Job Title: Support Worker (Male) – Autism & ADHD Support

Location: Avondale Drive

We’re looking for a male Support Worker with 2+ years’ experience to support a participant with High-Functioning Autism and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one daily support and assist with routines

Support emotional regulation and behaviour management

Encourage independence and social participation

Keep progress notes and communicate effectively

Requirements:

Male applicant only (participant’s preference)

2+ years’ experience as a Support Worker

Experience with Autism and ADHD

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid/CPR certification

Driver’s license preferred
