We’re after caring, reliable support workers who are confident supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern.

What we need from you:
✔ Experience working with participants with Behaviours of Concern (BOC)
✔ Experience following Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)
✔ Confidence managing complex behaviours in a calm and professional manner
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Available for ongoing casual shifts
✔ ABN or TFN basis accepted
✔ Valid Australian work rights required

Participant preference:
✔ Strong English-speaking support workers
✔ Clear and confident communication skills
✔ Ability to build positive rapport with participants
