I'm running a gentle in-person Angelic Reiki Level 1 & 2 training soon, in Boronia, and thought it might be helpful for anyone looking for more calm, balance, or personal wellbeing.

I’ve been supporting people through healing and personal transformation for over 15 years, walking beside hundreds of individuals as they reconnect with themselves and learn tools that support emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Angelic Reiki L1 & L2 — December 12–14 (Boronia VIC)

For so much of my life, I didn’t realise I was awakening… I just knew things were getting heavier. My body hurt, my emotions were everywhere, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t seem to feel like “myself.”

What I didn’t understand then was this: We become unwell — physically, emotionally, spiritually — when we drift too far from our true path. When we’re only surviving instead of living. When we’re carrying everyone else while our own soul is quietly fading. When our purpose is whispering and we’re too exhausted to hear it.

Some of us don’t break loudly. We break in silence — in the car, in the shower, behind closed doors. And often, it’s right at that breaking point that something deeper begins to stir…

A remembering. A soft awakening. A whisper: “You were born for more than this pain.”

That whisper was the beginning of my own journey back to myself. And Angelic Reiki became the doorway. It didn’t just help me heal… it aligned me with my purpose. It gave me the courage, clarity and confidence to step into the woman I was always meant to be.

Remembering Joy, Even in PAIN

When you live with pain — whether physical, emotional, or unseen — the idea of joy can feel far away. 🌧️For many, many, years I could not connect to this energy after my first dark night of the soul.
But joy is not about pretending pain doesn’t exist.
It’s about allowing even the smallest flicker of light to reach you through it.
Joy is the soft breath between tears.
The warmth of sunlight on your face when you didn’t think you could rise.
The quiet gratitude for one more heartbeat, one more chance to love.
You don’t have to find joy — you simply allow it to find you.
Through stillness. Through presence. Through grace.
When you open — even slightly — your vibration begins to shift.
And in that shift, light can enter. 🌿
