🎄 Holiday Opening Hours & Festive Wishes 🎄

At Empress Support Services, our commitment to participants and families continues throughout the festive season.

We remain open across the Christmas and New Year period, with essential participant supports continuing as usual.

Our office administration will be closed on public holidays only:

Christmas Day – 25 December

Boxing Day – 26 December

New Year’s Day – 1 January

Outside of these dates, our services will operate as normal.

We’re here to support you during this time, and we thank you for the trust you place in our team.

At Empress Support Services, our In-Reach & Outreach Programs are designed to provide the right balance of support and structure. We help participants:

Working in partnership with clinical and allied health teams, we focus on understanding the root causes of behaviours of concern. Through clinically endorsed strategies, we create an individualised transition plan tailored to both disability and justice-related needs—empowering safer, more independent futures.
