Kicking the 1st day of with this iron-rich liver recipe 🩸♥️💥⚡️
I know what you’re thinking “LIVER? Yuck” 🤣 but do you keep the same energy if you have to take paracetamol with its bitter taste?! Or any medication for that reason? 🤔
Jokes aside 😂 believe me I know it has a strong flavour, but you won’t taste it when it’s cooked with all these spices. This way when it’s subtle, it’s actually so delicious.
Food really is medicine and if you consume liver once monthly around your menstruation, it’s such an amazing source of iron - which all we women of any age require!!
Let this be a reminder that you can train and work as hard as you want, but if the small building blocks within your body (minerals/citamins) are low, you’ll struggle to keep up with your daily activities. I know I was for so long, until I started staying on top of it, and now life just feels so much more different, more energetic and I actually LIVE and am present everyday 🤔 what’s that about?! 🤔🤣
