Pregnancy Self-Care π€
Take a gentle bath and relax, but remember:
πΏ Use safe essential oils only β mandarin, chamomile, ginger, ylang ylang (tiny), bergamot.
π§ Always dilute in carrier oil β sweet almond, jojoba, fractionated coconut
π Warm, not hot bath β soak 10β15 mins
DIY Bath Soak:
β’ 1 cup Epsom/sea salt
β’ 1β2 tsp carrier oil
β’ 2β3 drops total essential oils
β¨ Breathe, relax, and enjoy a calm moment just for you and your baby!
