Here it is my friend… One of the things I have learnt is how important it is to not rush the process,

⚡️ What I learnt the hard when I didn’t listen to my bodies screams in moments of utter overwhelm & stressors, is that your body holds every emotional blueprint you haven’t yet acknowledged & simply ignored because you weren’t listening or paying attention to the signs along the way.

That tight chest, that chronic pain, that lingering fatigue, that consistent migraine & on & on, isn’t random…

It is your body whispering for attention,
until it eventually has to scream!

Dis-ease is not betrayal.

It’s communication.

When you stop listening to your intuition or ignore it, your body steps in.

🧬 What if your symptoms were not the problem, but the messenger?
