He doesn’t understand why she wants to shake things up…
She doesn’t get why he is resisting growth…

He thinks things are going well
No need to rock the boat.

She wants to tip the boat over.

Why is that?

Why this agitation in the feminine
To always reach for the next thing

“Can’t we just enjoy it here?”
He asks…

Sure… we can… but just for a bit.

And then… we move on to the next thing.

What is it this week?
Attachment. Polarity. Spirituality.
Something new.

There is an endless urge in the feminine
(in all of us)
To find the next form.

She is like an infinite butterfly
Constantly transitioning
From caterpillar to cocoon to flying free
And back again.

Cycle after cycle after cycle.

To the masculine this is exhausting
He can’t keep up.
He doesn’t cycle this fast.

He looks at her like she is crazy
Unsatisfiable.
And he feels inadequate
Frustrated
Resentful.

Yet at the same time she sees him
Resisting. Belligerent. Unmoving.

His pleas for peace
Feel like a weight
Dragging her down.

But the thing is…
They are both doing what they are supposed to.

The feminine mutates
The masculine stabilises

Mutation + Stabilisation = Evolution

The perfect complement to each other.
..... IF .....
They only learnt to love the difference.

She IS seeking the next form
in a never ending process of mutation
Experimentation… discovery… exploration
Sometimes this journey yields incredible transformations
Other times maybe not.

Yet this is what she does.

At the same time he is the perfect balance.
He takes each growth pulse from her
And finds the way to anchor it into reality
To make it real, lasting, enduring.

She reaches, he grounds.

She is fast moving, quantum.
He is slower, methodical, persistent.
Linear.
When they work in synergy
The relationship tests new potentials
Finding the ones that work
And building them in to become part of who they are.
Evolution in process.

He learns to love her mutational chaos
Valuing the richness it brings to them.
She learns to love his grounded stability
Valuing the structure it brings to them.

The difference between pleasure and pain
Is whether there is consciousness
To honour and love
The dance.
Or not. ❤️

The medicine cabinet I had years ago was not healing us…. It’s been one thing after another in my home the past month and a bit, dealing with broken bones, grief, snotty noses and coughs, coughs are always the last to heal and can be very irritating for our little ones and of course us, this holistic all natural cough syrup recipe has been amazing for my family, middle son always has trouble clearing his cough and this recipe(Remedy as we call it) has been such a game changer to reducing the amount of time the cough last in our home. For this recipe it is best to use all organic ingredients and filtered water✨

Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh organic thyme
3 cups of filtered water
1 organic lemon
1/2 cup of raw honey

Method: Place fresh thyme in a small pot, and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
In the meantime chop your lemon into 8 pieces and add to a mason jar. Pour honey on top and using the back of a wooden spoon sqaush the lemon with the honey to mix together.
Turn the stove off and cover thyme with a lid and allow to cool. Once cool pour the reduced thyme liquid through a strianer on top of the lemon and honey mash. Replace the lid of the mason jar (or any recycled jar you have and shake well to combine.
Remove lemon pieces from cough syrup and store in your refrigerator for about a month.
Dosage: Use a spoonful as needed.
Note lemon can be optional.
