Hands up if you haven’t started off 2025 with a HUGE bang like me? ☝️
Come Jan 1st I was sitting by the river with a drink in hand, enjoying a platter… not out there goal setting and smashing the start of my year!!
And that’s okay! I feel no guilt at all…
I choose the 80/20 rule and always will, I always preach this to my clients too.

20% soul foods & activities
This is me being 100% real with you guys. I enjoyed yummy foods, slept in, wasn’t overly active and drank a few bottles of wine and if you did too that’s okay!
I am feeling refreshed after a HUGE year last year, I finished the year burnt out. So my 2025 properly starts tomorrow when I go back to work.
I have set intentions and am ready to start smashing my training & nutrition again with my new coach 💪💪
