Even in the murkiness of muddied water there is infinite beauty, almost as if it is waiting to seen and yet it exists 🪷 like a seed under ground or a pearl in an oyster or a multiplying cell embedded in a cosmic portal beauty is infinitely exponential! Whether you like it or not, whether you see it or not! HOW to see it when you feel like you can't?

Look for it.

Bare feet on the grass.

Face up to the sun. Especially now! Get nudie and let the Sun kiss you 🌞

Smell the flowers.

Breath. Maybe try square breath, start with 4x4x4x4 breathing in for a count of 4, holding your breath for a count of 4 exhaling through your nose for a count of 4 and holding your breath for a count of 4 - repeating at least 3 times.

Say yes to something your body and mind and being will thank you for (listen to your body) Maybe hydrate, move to celebrate! Yoga, nature walk, dance, cold plunge, nutritious eats!

Clean your spaces! Has immediate positive and abundant effects energetically and physically. I love using eucalyptus and water followed by a bit of smudge haha (keep windows and doors open)

Hug a beautiful friend, your kid, your mum, your cat 🐈‍⬛
