🧧🧧 Year of the Yang Fire Horse 2026
Double Fire - High spirits & feisty energies abound.

The seventh sign of the lunar cycle is the Horse. It rules the 2 hour segment of the day (hour of the heart) between 11am - 1pm. It's season is summer, it’s corresponding western astrological sign is Gemini, it is most positively yang.
Footloose, fancy free and the pursuit of happiness is what truely lives in the heart of this year’s double fire horsey. With this new equine influence comes an invitation to listen to the whisperings of our heart & feel how things can be if and when we become heart coherent.
The big hearted energies of the charming & brash horse promise to bring plenty of cheer, unpredictability & adventure. The double fire influence adds a dash of excitability, hot-blooded passion, the potential for explosive emotions, spice & variety.
Adventures may present themselves, we may pay a little more attention to the way we dress. The horse vibe definitely lends itself to some new brighter perhaps even flamboyant fashion. Think dancing pants, uber fun & flair.
It will be energetic, quicken the mind in wit & perception, communication, responsiveness, ingenuity, spontaneity, resourcefulness, magnetism, bring an earthy charisma, some flirtatious, even sexy vibes & some kind of flourish of the personality. It will be fascinating to see just what parts of our identity want to bust out of the starting gate!
We’re going to manage these energies with excellence by being mindful to practice, practice, practice and embody being grounded, taking the time to slow down with important matters and self control. Aka, Self-Command. Ideally, don’t try to command too much of others, don’t let your emotions or sub-conscious programs disconnect you from your integrity & empathy.
This will be a time to align with perseverance, independence, autonomy, non-conformism, personal Truth & and do no harm. It’s important too, because there will be a good deal of momentum available and we may feel driven to go at such a pace, things start to get a little blurry!
As emotions may run high, low, deep & wide this year, radical compassion will be imperative to maintain Self Respect and a connection to the positive. Big feelings may resolve just as fast as they appear if expressed without any emotional loading/stress. We’ll also have the added bonus of performing better than usual in a variety of challenging moments.
With all this potential for high energy, our nervous system will want to feel toned & relaxed. Same goes for our mind and emotional body. Some things to be aware of that will help see us through what feels like will be another potentially wild ride.
