💡 No BS tips for reading nutrition labels 🏷️

1️⃣ In Australia, ingredients are listed in descending order. The first ingredient is what the product contains most of 🔝

🧮 The nutrient breakdown gives you the numbers.
🤓 The ingredient list gives you the context.

2️⃣ When comparing products side-by-side, refer to the 100g column. Serving sizes will differ between products.

✨ Bonus: It makes more sense to compare two of the same or similar products side by side, rather than two completely different ones, like chips versus yoghurt.

Hope this helps anyone who’s feeling confused by nutrition labelling! 🥹🫶
