Today I wanted to talk a little about GUT HEALTH.

As we know, there is no quick fix or any one thing that’s supports all of your health and wellbeing requirements.

Supporting your gut health however, will go a long way in support of every system in your body.

〰️ digestion + absorption of nutrients from food
〰️ hormone production + balance
〰️ detox pathways
〰️ mood + mental health, through the production of neurotransmitters, serotonin and dopamine
〰️ immunity + your ability to prevent illness and fight it off, if you get sick

You can get everything you need from food, however, it requires a lot of time and effort to ensure you’re getting what you need, (we’ll talk about that more another time).

Today is International Woman’s Day and amidst all that is happening in the world, it feels even more important than ever to celebrate and acknowledge.

Thank you to all of those strong woman that came before us, thank you to all of the strong humans today that fight for equality for all.

And a special thank you to all the gorgeous women behind the brands at High Health Club, (most pictured here with more coming on board soon).

Its an honour to work with you and share your incredible, sustainably minded offerings in support of our collective health + wellbeing.
