I’m still sitting with the energy of it all 🤍
Thank you for trusting us, for showing up with open hearts, and for allowing yourselves to be seen in your vulnerability. That level of honesty and courage is never small.

Each person in that room was carefully selected by Spirit. Your presence wasn’t accidental — your energy was vital to the healing that unfolded, not just for yourself but for the group as a whole. This work only happens when people are willing to meet it, and you did exactly that.

I want to gently say: it’s not me who makes the magic. I’m simply the conduit. The real transformation comes from Spirit, from the collective energy, and from your willingness to participate and receive.

Three little tips I wish someone had told me 👇

1️⃣ It’s not one size fits all — Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. There’s so much information (and fear-based “rules”) out there about how this should work. The truth? You have to find your way.

2️⃣ You can’t think your way to being psychic — Get out of your head and into your body. Your intuition lives in your feeling, not your logic.

3️⃣ Be prepared to do the work — Your psychic ability isn’t separate from you. As you develop, you’ll uncover things within yourself that need healing. That’s where the real growth happens 🌙
