Process Art with tape resist painting . A fun process of creating a picture with sticky tape then painting over it to pull the tape away revealing the crisp white lines the tape has left amongst an explosion of colour. Everyones 🌈🖍️📝 were unique as they planned and decided what to create with the tape. Fantastic regulation activity as you engage in the process of doing and the exhilaration of the unknown

Art/OT this week we learnt about emotions. How different features of our face change for each emotion to give us a clue how people may be feeling. We had fun making our own emotion emojis 🌈🖍️📝

Breath boards in ART/OT sessions today. To help us take big breaths in and out counting up to 4, the beads can help us count as we breathe in when going up the mountain and breathe out coming down the mountain 🌈🖍️📝

In Art/OT today we participated in a collaborative art activity where all of our peers contributed to our art piece. Collaborative art is not easy but everyone did a great job at accepting different input from their peers . So proud of this wonderful group who were all very respectful of each other 🥰 🌈🖍️📝

Today we used mood metres when adding clay to canvas. Lots of discussion about our different emotions. Lovely social interactions with a very caring sweet group . With a little dance to finish off . 🌈🖍️📝
