New mums often experience frequent night-time awakenings during pregnancy and after baby arrives. 👶🤰Some of these changes can be challenging to manage, and can affect our wellbeing. 😴
You are invited to participate in a research project run by sleep and mental health experts at the Royal Women's Hospital and Monash University, that evaluates different approaches to improving sleep for first-time mothers who are between 26-32 weeks pregnant.
As apart of the project you will be allocated to 1 of 3 sleep programs and receive one of the following:
1. A new ‘smart’ bassinet designed to help baby’s sleep.
2. Sleep information and strategies via email at 6 different times during pregnancy and after your baby is born.
3. A booklet containing sleep information and sleep hygiene.
The programs are completely free, and to thank you for your time and effort, we will give you up to $60 in gift vouchers.
Lastly, all aspects of participation are completed from the comfort of your own home via the internet or telephone! 🏠📱
