🎄As the holiday season approaches, we would like to wish you and your families a safe and restful break.

2025 has been an exciting year as we welcomed over 90 residents into purpose-built SDA homes across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

We also continued to expand our national footprint through our affiliate organisation in South Australia, Adenium Living, welcoming a further 35 residents, and made our first steps into the New South Wales market with several sites acquired and approvals underway.

It has been a pleasure connecting with you throughout the year at industry events and our SDA Information and Networking sessions. Looking ahead, we have a strong pipeline of developments scheduled for completion in 2026.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be part of the Victorian Disability Sport & Recreation Festival! tomorrow (Friday 5th December).

As we mark the week of the International Day of People with Disability, join us in celebrating inclusion, accessibility, and the power of sport and recreation for everyone!

Today we celebrate International Day of People with Disability and this year’s theme of fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress.

At InPlace Living, we are proud to play our part in building communities that are more accessible, more inclusive, and richer because of the diversity within them. Today is a reminder of why accessible housing, quality support, and inclusive environments matter — they unlock opportunity, belonging, and choice.
