An exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to join our highly dedicated team. The team at Beyond Disability and Home Care provides support services for a cluster of NDIS participants, travelling between homes to provide supports. We are looking for someone who can easily build rapport, is highly skilled and can thrive in a fast paced working environment.

criteria:

Experience in medication support

A deep commitment to the reliable provision of respectful care and support

A sophisticated understanding of professional boundaries and safety

Fully COVID Vaccinated

NDIS Worker screening check

Working with Children’s Check

Evidence of rights to work in Australia

A full Victorian drivers license

Own vehicle (With full comprehensive car insurance)

Police check

Manual Handling (Desired)

Current First Aid and CPR

Cert III Individual Support, Cert III Disability or Cert III Aged Care (Desired)

In return you will receive:
Induction and training to fully prepare you for working with our NDIS participants

On-going training and professional development opportunities
