Are you dreaming of another life? There is so much fear that you are stuck. It is common to become caught in your head, which activates your emotions. We then become trapped in the cycle of thought > emotion > thought > emotion. Emotions can be physically felt in the body, which is why we often suppress our emotions. Our ego is design to protect us from pain. We can form habits so we have an escape from what we are feeling. This is where unhealthy patterns can emerge like smoking, drinking, binge eating or promiscuous s*x. The only problem is this leads you further away from you goals, and puts greater emphasis on your pain. How do you free yourself? By going within and sitting with your fear. Emotions are an energy form, they are like pieces of information for you to use. Is your fear rational or irrational? To embrace the full spectrum of your humanness you must learn to navigate through both the good and bad. Fear is no different to love, in that they both are an energy. Use your fear to help guide you towards what is really keeping you stuck. What are you really afraid of?
