About Us:
We are a caring NDIS provider based in Somerton that empowers people living with disability. We offer respectful, inclusive support to help clients build independence, connect with community, and live their best life.
We are looking for a caring and experienced Support Worker to join our team. You will support NDIS participants with daily living, community access, and building independence.

✔️What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year experience in disability or community services
• Relevant qualifications (Cert III/IV Disability Support or similar)
• Experience working with Autism Level 3
• Turkish & English speaking
• Able to travel between locations when needed
• Strong communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
• Driver’s licence and reliable car preferred
• Experience with personal care, including support for continent clients
• Participant preference: Female workers encouraged due to personal-care needs

Another wonderful message from one of many valued participants of H2HDS. 🥰🥰🥰

Hi guys thanks for your support 😊 ☺️ 🙂 😀 💕 🤗 especially 💖 ❤️ Filiz Ozturk and Yeshim actually all the staff over the last couple of years I have taken a few baby steps and yesterday I washed my hair and brushed it all by myself it took me 1.5 hours but I did it 😊
I look at when I first joined hand2hand and where I am today I can't believe how far I have come my quality of life has improved and I can go to the shops without having a panic attack but with Filiz Ozturk I can do it I used to cry when I had to shop and my social life has improved you are my family now and forever once again thank you 😊 ❤️ and I've made new friends ❤️ love the Friday social group because of physiotherapy I can move my arms more

Last night Hand 2 Hand Hand 2 Hand Disability Services organised an early Xmas get together with our clients and their families, this was a successful outcome, we had individuals that have not been out in the crowd for years because of their fears but they were out their enjoying themselves. They have achieved their fears and were up dancing the whole night, I feel so proud of what they have achieved and have made a huge difference to thier lives. What can I say we are just too good 🤩🤩🤩🤩 luv you all guys ❤️ let’s move on to our future goals.
