Did you know?

Kinesiology is really good at levelling you out after travel. I worked on this recently with a client. Obviously there's a little thing called jetlag but more than that..a lot of people energetically get thrown off by being off the ground this long, passing time zones, leylines, being in different cultural energies, historical places that hold energy, you name it!

Very cool session just now with a client 💕
Felt like I could see tentacles and felt like I was smoothing off a dozen different areas but not necessarily removing anything huge from a specific one. When at the end of the session I asked the client their feedback,they said.".it was a bit of a wow one today..felt and saw myself revisit a dozen or more experiences from childhood as an observer only and then I'd be onto the next one. Didn't feel much emotionally just observations." 😍😎⭐👍
I'd say that was a successful sesh of tying up last previous sessions of deep excavation!
Always nice to have what I've been working on experienced by a client without them knowing what I'm doing exactly.

Ever wondered why everything seems to happen all at once!?
Well this is because something in you has changed, a vibrational change, decisions to want something else or not to be where you are anymore.
These thoughts create a feeling of flow that attract new energy to you. Inevitably, being human, we create resistance, go getting in our own way ..this new fast paced energy flow gets all jumbled up and the car crash that ensues from your resistance feels ten times bigger than had you just kept going with the flow!
When you understand this, life will become easier.

Can't help but wonder too if there a certain times of year, like now, start of Aries season, start of the zodiac, so start of the astrology new year whereby we feel we've had a couple of false starts with Jan new year and Feb chinese new year too but here we are end of march still try to get started..
