Our next athlete is footballer Julian, who put in an excellent block of training before the Christmas break. Well done for putting in the hard work and seeing these results!

9.9% improvement in CMJ height
6.5% improvement in SJ height
12.6% improvement in Drop Jump height
15% improvement in Drop Jump contact time
19.8% improvement in RSI
8.8% and 6.3% improvement in Hip Adduction
7.5% and 6.3% improvement in Hip Abduction
3.5% and 7.7% improvement in Nordics

As many of our athletes start to wrap up their Off-Season, we would like to highlight some of the results we have seen in a short but focused 8-week period.

First athlete in the spotlight is Zander, he made significant progress in the key metrics highlighted. Well done for putting in the hard work and seeing the results. This is only the beginning, there is plenty more to come!

• 17.9% improvement in Drop Jump RSI
• 10% improvement in Relative Strength
• 16.9% and 38.8% improvement in Seated Ankle Plantar Flexion
• 6% improvement in 1600m Time Trial

From ACL surgery to the AFL 🙌
Congratulations to first round pick Adam Sweid on being drafted to the Fremantle Dockers!

Adam well and truly put the work in during his rehab doing whatever was required and leaving nothing to chance. It’s no coincidence to see him drafted to the AFL after a fantastic return from a serious injury.

We have no doubt this is just the beginning and there will be even bigger things to come for this young man. The team at Rebuild are privileged to be a part of your journey! From all of us, we wish you all the best and will be following along closely!

Lacrosse athlete and long-time Rebuild member Harry Potocnik has been hard at work!

Over the last few years we have seen Harry work relentlessly each week, making sure he gets it done between training camps and tournaments.

We would like to wish Harry good luck in his upcoming tournament, as well as the National Team Trials that follow.

This opportunity was no surprise for everyone at Rebuild who knows Harry and have seen his journey. We have no doubt you will turn up and show what you can do!

Just because you’re doing the ‘right’ drills doesn’t mean it’s the right time for them. Most athletes see the highlights online but miss the plan behind them.

Our job is to bridge that gap. We help you train with purpose, not just copy what looks good.

Plyometrics, jumps and throws all have a place in the program but which exercises should you do?
