Hello, beautiful Reform U Pilates community! 💛
I’m so grateful to introduce myself as the new owner of Reform U Pilates Studio.
This studio has been lovingly built by Sharon, whose heart and dedication has shaped it into the welcoming space it is today. I’m thrilled that Sharon, Katie, Lovena and Brittany will continue with us as instructors — their presence is such an important part of our community.
A little about me:
I’m Havva — a mental health clinician, naturopath, energy medicine practitioner, and teacher of yoga and meditation, with a deep love for Pilates and whole-person wellbeing. My hope is to nurture this studio as a space where you feel supported, grounded, and inspired.
✨ My vision:
To honour what already makes this studio special, while gently expanding our offerings to support connection, presence, and wellbeing for everybody.
As I transition into this role, I appreciate your patience while I find my footing. I’m truly excited to meet you all and grow this beautiful community together.
Thank you for the warm welcome — I can’t wait for this next chapter. 💛

Important Announcement ( Please read the whole message)🙏

Hello everyone!
I would like to share that I have sold Reform U Pilates .

I have put alot of thought and consideration into this and it has been a difficult decsion to make.

I have prioritised finding the right person to take over so that what I have built continues to grow and prosper and receives the passion and commitment it deserves .

I feel like it’s time for me to focus more on being there for my Family and to take care of my own physical and mental wellbeing.
I would like to reassure you all that your current Instructors and myself will not be leaving and we will still be there teaching and torturing you as always and all the classes currently will remain the same and all your current memberships and packs will also be honoured.

I am very much looking forward to going back to just instructing classes without the stress of all that comes with running a business. I would like to thank you all for your support especially through the COVID era and navigating a small business , my various health issues and surgeries. I truly appreciate and value every one of you .

I am now asking for a bit of patience through this transition period and would love for you all to welcome the new owner into our community.

Lovely Havva will be the new owner and will be starting as of Monday the 17th of November so if you see her in the studio or hanging out through classes be sure to say hi .

Havva will be introducing herself and sharing more info and inspiration with you all shortly.
