Do you have a passion for empowering independence and supporting people with disability? We’re looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team.

Essential Criteria (Must Have):
Female support worker (participant preference)
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Lives near Chelsea / can reliably commute to South East suburbs
Fluent English (strong communication; first-language English preferred or equivalent fluency)
LGBTQIA+ inclusive and respectful approach
Current driver licence + reliable vehicle, confident driving participants
Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting participants in daily routines, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation in a respectful, inclusive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
