Wellness Creative Workshop HEART MEDICINE - Melbourne Cup Day!

Wellness Creative Workshops offer a playful, creative experience which may promote self-awareness and healing through metaphor, symbols and creatively using your hands.

In this workshop, you will be guided through a meditation to meet your wisest self – a compassionate inner presence who will offer you a symbolic “medicine” or “tonic” for the tender places in your heart.

Following the meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and express your experience using clay and mixed materials, creating a personal representation of your “heart medicine.”
No artistic experience is needed – just a curiosity and willingness to explore.

Date: Tuesday, 4th of November - “Melbourne Cup Day”
Time: 1pm to 3.30pm
Cost: $25 per session + $10 Fiends of the House - all new participants
