Joy has been wanting to join us for quite some time now. Today was her day. Sure there was doubt and what ifs but trusted the process of trying something new.
Joy was welcomed with open arms and had the best time!
There were hugs, bounces, zoomies and leans and i think were safe to say shell be back for more 😍

How on earth do other mumas work from home with busy little humans???

I walked into the doorway of the next room, sent a 1 minute voice message and turned around to find a blue puddle on my kitchen table that extended over the floor, the chairs, to a brand new white dress that had left the cupboard 5 mins previously. Then we proceeded down the hall, and into the bathroom where ever surface had been caressed and finished off with a puddle on the floor that didnt quite make it to the toilet.
Just in time for visitors to arrive for hair transformations.

There once was a time long ago when i thought we experienced life in the human body similarly. And that people with "disabilities" were limited and misfortunate.
How very wrong and niaeve i was.

I am so grateful that i get to experience the diversity of the human experience through my sentience and it would be rude not to share. ✌️🫶

There once was a time when i thought we all experienced life similarly. That we think, feel, hear, see, function similarly.
I feel so blessed to be able to do what i do, connecting and getting embodied insight to how versatile life can be in a different body, different lense, different experience, different wiring.
And connecting to the most amazing people.

Making sense of your experience can be really difficult if you dont have a point of refference. Sometimes you need somebody to jump into your body and and just tell you whats what or translate into something that makes a little more sense.

I had a beautiful soul session with an amazing muma and non verbal autistic child.
I felt so compelled to share part of our experience (with their permission of course) as i found it so insightful to experience a snippet of their reality and blessed to be able to translate it.
Muma and i agreed that life could be so different for them if people understood them as the incredibly intellegent individuals they are rather than judgement of how they present.
What if there was a bridge between worlds? Between bodies? Between brains? Between life experiences?
What if i can be that bridge for others?

Leveling up from kitchen dance parties to moving meditation waves has been a game changer for me, especially as part of my daily practise.
The shifts, insights and level of joy I have embodied has been profound and watching it ripple throughout my life has been seriously cool to witness.
Its one of those things you just have to feel for yourself.

Most days I create a playlist based on the , tune out, turn in and move with my body mind.
