I got asked, how do you ask someone for help? How do you know what to say? Well you don't, if you did, then you wouldn't need help.. you can say ask me things like, "why do I feel this way?", "hey can you help me?", "will I ever feel ok?" or even as simple as "hi" and we just go from there ...knowing what to say isn't a problem, actually saying something, is what troubles us! So don't worry what you think you sound like, everyone is going to approach/message me differently, there is no right or wrong way :)

Opening up about your feelings is like bungee jumping, you're scared to take the plunge, you're not sure if you should even do it. But once you do, it is the most free and relieving feeling in the world, the fear is gone, you're sweats are gone, and you know you're going to be safe.

Exercise for your mind is the same as exercise for your body.
It's hard to get started, keep a healthy diet (healthy thinking), and finding motivation. But once you get those three things on point, there will be no stopping you. Working on your positive, changing mindset, will become an addiction!
But also remember, exercising is the same for EVERYTHING ...to keep the results you have to maintain the work. :) YOU GOT THIS!
