Something like chicken soup ticks all the boxes for breakfast! 🍜 It can be made in advance and heated up, it’s full of fiber from the veggies, protein from the chicken and it’s warming and healing for the gut. You could add noodles if you need extra carbs in your meal or any toppings you like to mix it up like chilli oil, Parmesan cheese or dollop of cream 🤤 watch your hormones balance, your blood sugar regulate and your mood and energy shine!

One bad night can throw you for six. Especially when it’s unexpected and you have to soldier on the next day. So here is what I’d do to get though ✊ if you’re chronically sleep deprived, it’s time to dive into that with a health professional, but for the odd night or due to extenuating circumstances (cough kids cough), this is what I’d take to show up as my best (sleepy) self.
