I didn’t know much about community support and understand how to reach out to the community instead of the hospital system.“ It was not until I was 25 or so that I started taking control of my mental health. I use my Bipolar diagnosis to advocate, empower and inspire others through my survival and storytelling.

“After recovering physically from the accident it looked like I was doing fine on the outside, but on the inside I was lost and confused." But it’s been a long road to get to where he is now.
