Synergy Home Care is delighted to be part of NDIS Thrive Together — an amazing event that brings the NDIS community together to connect, share resources, and collaborate for the best outcomes for our participants! 💙 With over 50 exhibitors and more than 400 attendees (and counting), it’s set to be an incredible day.

We’re excited to reconnect with everyone as we exhibit our services for the second time. We are incredibly proud of you, Deb, for your unwavering determination and love for life! It was a beautiful Saturday with the sun shining brightly. Debbie enjoyed a day trip with the Christ group, and we ended the day by relishing stunning views while savoring fish and chips near the beach.

It can include learning how to cook, going to your local café, joining a netball team, bushwalking with a friend, doing a craft class, getting work experience, or volunteering.

Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to use public transport, developing skills for community or developing independence for normal day to day activities.

We will carefully work with you to achieve your goals and work with you and your family to put in place supports to develop everyday skills with a particular focus on building confidence and independence.
