Eve’s Pilates classes are empowering, energising and thoughtfully designed to help you feel your best! After falling in love with Pilates four years ago, she knew she wanted to turn that passion into teaching. Since qualifying in 2024, Eve has been dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident and connected. Her classes focus on building strength, improving mobility and supporting overall wellbeing. Expect a feel-good full body burn, followed by calming breathwork so you leave every class feeling grounded and refreshed.
You will find Eve on the schedule on Fridays at 6am, 7am, 9:15am, 10:15am & 12:30pm.
