we need to let our inner child shine,
Do a daily check in, to let your inner child know how much love and support they have.
There are any way to work with your inner child such as
dialoguing (talking) with your inner child
journaling from your inner child’s voice
( use your primary and to ask your inner child question and respond with your less dominant hand)
meditating to feel in touch with your inner child
working with a pillow, doll or stuffed toy that represents your inner child
learning to β€˜parent’ yourself (nurture and care for yourself).
Even name your inner child, I've name Mine TINY HAYDEN
