If you havn’t already heard, a week ago significant changes were made by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) on how I can educate and advertise my business.

Businesses alike rely on social media and websites to promote their treatments, giving you an opportunity to independently choose the right cosmetic injector for you (Doctor or RN).

The new guidelines apply to all advertising of a Scheduled 4 (S4) drug in Australia. In the cosmetic injectable industry this refers to fillers and anti-wrinkle products as they require a prescription.

What you won’t be seeing moving forward (unless otherwise amended by TGA):

• Use of terms “anti-wrinkle injections” and “dermal filler” banned
• Testimonials banned
• Before and After images banned (unless images reflect other treatments not involving an S4 drug)
• Price Lists banned
• Education surrounding treatments provided with an S4 drug, banned

Big changes to our social pages and website will be taking place over the upcoming weeks including the way you book online. Old posts affected by these new regulations will be removed including before and after photos 😭

Moving forward, please continue to book consultations if you’re wanting to know about any treatments and costs.
Even though what you will see will change, I’ll still be doing what I love doing with the same and new treatments!

Word of mouth and Google reviews has never been more powerful now than ever, and I appreciate the support from all my existing clients!

Preauricular Filler

Not many will know they need it, or the importance of it.. let alone where it’s located!

Located under your cheekbone, in front of your ear is the preauricular area where overtime can become hollow, leading to skin laxity issues secondary to a jowls, marionettes and a gaunt appearance.

Our first consult started with concerns about her top-bottom lip ratio.

▪️1.5mls standard lip filler used
▪️3x 0.5ml, monthly

For those that love a fuller lip, slow progression will get you there without filler migration.

Here we had a treatment plan, and from day 1 we knew it would be a slow process to stretch to lip and increase size to get to the size she wanted and to a point of maintenance!
