And before that feels confronting, let it land.

Every single day, you choose.

What you listen to.
What you consume.
How you start your morning.
What you ignore.
What you tolerate.

It’s just easier to blame someone else for the life you’re not living than to take responsibility for the small choices that shape it.

This morning, I chose;

A walk in nature.
Gratitude.
Regulation.
Letting my body breathe with the earth.
Listening instead of rushing.

You already know what you need.

You always have.

But you don’t listen,
because the noise of the world is louder than your own inner knowing.

Every time you slow down, trust what your body is asking for, and honour your own rhythm,
that’s when your inner voice gets louder and you move closer to your truth.

Take some time and listen.
If you’re not sure, tap into your heart, your heart knows.

When you feel joy in your heart, that’s your soul telling you that you’re exactly where you’re suppose to be.

We were taught to stay quiet, tolerate, not be too much, simply accept the situation and put up with the symptoms.

No Thanks.

I’m in my Queen era and I’m going to live it on my terms.

I’m going to support my body, control my cortisol, be conscious about what I put in and on my body and say ‘no’ to anything that doesn’t feel good.

You don’t like it?

That’s a you problem.

I’m embracing this era 👑 because I know better.

You need to stop building a life you want to escape.

This doesn’t happen with a single big
decision but rather through your
daily habits,
choices,
tolerance levels
and how you show up.

The intentions that create your identity and in turn forms your reality.

Imagine dedicating all the time and energy you spend escaping your life to creating one you’d never want to leave.

That’s the shift.

I don’t travel for a break or escape, I do it because I love experiencing more and using that to expand the life I have created and love.

Then once you hear it, ask..
Is this actually serving me?
Is this helping me grow?
Does this make me feel good?

Stay conscious.
Be Aware.

Other people’s opinions.
Expectations.
Distractions.

But it’s in the quiet…

that you hear the truth.

And that inner dialogue?

That’s what shapes your identity.

That’s what creates your life.

So if you want change…

I was in the hospital and underwent a 3.5 hour surgery.

It was tough.

I lost a lot of blood and the first day was honestly very scary.

But something remarkable happened.

The next morning I woke up feeling completely different.

The doctors were amazed at how much I had improved overnight.

They expected a much longer recovery, they were able to send me home 48 hours later.

It was a moment that made me pause and reflect.

Even in the middle of the fear, I knew I would be okay.

And I’ve been thinking about why.

Yes, I had an incredible amount of people praying for me and sending healing energy.

I truly believe that love and support matter more than we realise.

It’s healing energy.

Through my career I’ve seen miracles unfold before my very eyes,more than once, when people come together and pray for healing.

But I also realised something else.

It’s the choices we make every day, the habits we build, the way we train our minds,
the way we take care of ourselves, that create our strength and resilience long before the difficult moments arrive.

When life challenges you, you don’t suddenly become strong in that moment.

You draw on the strength you’ve been building all along.

That’s why I do the work I do.

Because our daily habits, how we think, how we respond, and how we care for ourselves, determine our outcomes and shape who we are when life tests us.

There was no single miracle in my recovery.

It was a combination of:

the love and prayers of incredible people

the care of amazing medical professionals

and the strength built through the choices I make every day

And that reminded me of something powerful:

The habits we choose today are quietly shaping the strength we will rely on tomorrow.

If this experience taught me anything, it’s this:

Choose habits that build you up.

Choose thoughts that strengthen you.

Choose actions that support your future self.

Because one day you might need that strength and you’ll be grateful you built it.

Thank you to everyone who sent love, prayers and healing energy.

I felt it more than you know and I am forever grateful 🙏
