Join us every Thursday at 6:30 PM for a 60-minute in-person session where we move our bodies from a place of enquiry and curiosity. Our classes blend Yoga Asana, Somatic Movement and Pranayama Breathwork, with occasional Mantra and Mudra practices. Each session begins with grounding, gently warms up into intentional movement and breathwork and concludes with meditation and supported rest.
