💪 Fore leg stretches 💪

Two very basic stretches for the front legs if you do these after been worked and hold them for a good 20-30 seconds each they can benefit so many things such as
- improve circulation, range of motion and suppleness.
- decrease muscle soreness and fatigue
and prevent muscle and joint strain and much more!!

Stretches with regular bodywork is the key to a happy and healthy horse 😊🐎
