Rosie and Saskia have been practicing Pilates, yoga and stretch classes in our studio for over four years — a beautiful reminder that strength, mobility and confidence are built through consistency.

Our small group classes (capped at 10) are designed to support all bodies and abilities. With highly experienced instructors, every movement can be modified, adapted or progressed — so everyone feels safe, supported and included.

Welcome 2026 with intention. Join us on New Year’s Day for a guided 90-min workshop with Lisa Lundy - yoga teacher, astrologer and community facilitator.

We’ll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body and reset the nervous system. Then we’ll drop into a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by guided intention-setting and journaling. To close, Lisa will share astrological insights for 2026, helping you align with the supportive energy of the year ahead.

What a beautiful evening we had together!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special dinner, honouring the incredible community that has supported and grown with us throughout this year.

We are so grateful to Nige and the team from Now & Not Yet Café for preparing the most delicious Tamil Feast — the curries, the flavours, the love poured into every dish were wonderful. It’s grea that all proceeds from the evening are being donated to support asylum seekers and refugees.

We feel so proud of what has been created at Wellness by PP — a community that cares, connects, and shows up for one another. Sharing these moments with you is a such a joy.

4 wonderful years! I truly can’t believe how quickly the time has passed - and with each year, my gratitude for this community grows even deeper. To everyone who has walked through our doors, whether once or every week, thank you. Being part of your wellness journey is something I never take for granted.

We’ll begin with a women’s circle, grounding into the space with a tea ceremony and journalling, before being immersed in a meditative soundscape featuring Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Gong, and Chimes.

We are excited to host Osteopath Dr. Lee Hoogeveen for a 90-min Fascial Release Workshop on Sunday 2 March.

During this session, Lee will shed light on the science of fascia and provide practical techniques for releasing fascial restrictions - which can be incorporate into your practice, whether at home or in the studio.

Fascia is vital yet frequently underestimated component of human anatomy. This intricate network of connective tissue envelops muscles, organs, and joints, influencing everything from flexibility and posture to pain management and overall wellbeing.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, along with a richer depth of knowledge to enhance your practice and wellbeing.
