Some days the ice bath is 5°C. Some days it’s 1.8°C.
You don’t get to choose — you just show up and adapt.

Cold exposure isn’t about comfort, to me it isn’t even about the physical benefits like improved energy and lowered inflammation. To me it’s more about letting the pain in and moving through it.
