Adele has recently started at our premise as a remedial massage therapist, and yoga instructor.
She hosts a small & intimate yoga session every(ish) Monday at 9.30 till 11 AM and sees clients afterwards.

What I personally really like about Adele is that she’s a woman with life experience. She has a steady calmness about her. Beyond that also a ton of experience and a desire to help people—We’re lucky to have her.

Chinese New Year at Eltham Wellness Centre 🧧

We kept it simple — good people, good food, and a reason to get together.

Our Chinese New Year party at Eltham Wellness Centre in Research was about community first. Members, families, a bit of colour, a bit of noise, and a solid excuse to connect outside of sauna sessions and ice baths.

Wellness isn’t just red light therapy and recovery protocols. Sometimes it’s just showing up and sharing space.

Thanks to everyone who came along.

Ever heard of ice bath Russian roulette? ❄️
Some days the ice bath is 5°C. Some days it’s 1.8°C.
You don’t get to choose — you just show up and adapt.

Cold exposure isn’t about comfort, to me it isn’t even about the physical benefits like improved energy and lowered inflammation. To me it’s more about letting the pain in and moving through it.
