We’re lucky to live in one of the most liveable cities in the world, but that does not mean life always feels cruisy. Even in good places, with good things around us, stress, loneliness, and pressure can still creep in quietly. If things feel a bit harder than usual, it does not mean you are failing, it just means you are human. If you ever need to talk, Lifeline is here. Call 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14.

Welcome to 2026. You made it. Happy New Year. But if you're not feeling particularly 'happy' today, you're not the only one. New Year’s Day can bring a lot of pressure, but at the end of the day, it’s just another date on the calendar. Having said that, it present a great moment to pause, take stock, breathe and check in with yourself. And if that feels like too much, you don’t have to do it alone.

Call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14 — we’re always here.
