Growth always brings challenges. This year reminded us that every “bump” is simply an opportunity to strengthen what we do.

From completing our 𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗦 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 (and earning a rare 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) to refining our systems, improving our apps, hosting impactful community events, and navigating natural changes within the team. Every challenge has shaped us in meaningful ways.

We’re proud to be 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, not harder.

From international recognition including 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻-𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, and Kerry’s award for 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿, to the impact we’ve created here in Melbourne and beyond, 2025 has been a year of growth that exceeded every expectation.

These achievements aren’t just trophies.
