The physical exercises in Time 2 Train are those that inhibit the Primitive Reflexes; that strengthen the Postural Reflexes; and those that encourage growth of nerve pathways within the higher centres of the brain increasing integration of the different senses and the different specialisations of the brain.

To make this training work for you, I ask that you create some space within the comfort of your own home, move any furniture or perhaps find a separate room to setup this routine.

Also creating time anywhere between 5, 10 to 15 minutes during the day preferably in the morning before breakfast or even before dinner time in the evening.

Practising your training routine with these exercises in the dvd may take for some individuals anything from a couple of weeks to even 3 - 9 months and for others up to 2 years depending on the cause and quality of adherence to the dvd routine.

This is NOT a cure for Asperger's but aims to achieve healthy development and improvement, to minimise and diminish certain traits to a manageable level.

๐Ÿšฉ Whilst started with good intentions, the 'Neurodiversity ideology', I would argue, has reached a point where it is actively harming truly disabled autistic people who require support.

It does so through denial of inherent disability, allowing subclinical individuals who might not even be truly autistic to โ€œidentifyโ€ as autistic based on casual quirks, undermining both medical reality and lived experience of true disability, shunning non-autistic expertise and lived experience, and language-policing and tone-policing autistic individuals. - Monique Moate

โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ We are very proud to celebrate our 17years of operating the Time 2 Train Aspergers Program, supporting all ages on the Autism Spectrum.

Back in 2009, appearing nationally on television around australia, Time 2 Train began its journey running exercise, movement sessions for children ages 8-12yrs. Our managing director Jeremy Samson built the program based on his own childhood routine experiences that enabled him to overcome the challenging condition.

Time 2 Train has evolved over the journey to support all ages and has become a household name, service to all in the community. Time 2 Train has supported families locally, nationally and internationally and we are very proud to see so many wonderful breakthroughs along the way!

We send much love and a big thankyou to everyone along the way for all your continued support in following us, being apart of our journey and watching us help others, thankyou!!!!

โค๏ธ๐ŸฉตHappy International Asperger's Day๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’›

Whilst the term may not be used diagnostically, many still use the term to describe their condition. Aspergers continues to be widely used and understood by many as a condition that largely impacts the understanding of social norms.

This may include struggling with social anxiety, difficulty with social nuances and understanding sarcasm to jokes. Some may find it difficult to regulate emotions or understand emotions of others. Aspergers has many traits similar to ASD which is part of why it is now referred to as ASD level 1.

๐Ÿ’Ÿ To show awareness and support, today I simply wear two different types of socks or shoes to celebrate the uniqueness of those living with Aspergers and highlight both the talents, strengths as well challenges.

Australia Day, celebrated on January 26th, is a time to reflect on the nationโ€™s rich history, diverse culture, and shared identity.

The Australian people should celebrate Australia Day because they have a history and are proud of their ancestors, but as long as they acknowledge that Australia has an ancient history.

The past is very important to the Aboriginal people. And the injustice that happened to our first nations people, if we all can take a moment to also recognise this, the road ahead for continual growth, reconciliation will be much smoother and better.

Kids often struggle with boredom because they're used to constant digital stimulation, but learning to tolerate boredom is a crucial life skill that fosters creativity, independence, and problem-solving.

Parents can help by creating "boredom buster" lists, providing open-ended toys like blocks and art supplies, encouraging outdoor play, and resisting the urge to fill every moment, allowing them space for imaginative, self-directed activities.

๐Ÿ”ด Overstimulation: Fast-paced digital media makes real-life slower activities seem dull.

๐Ÿ”ด Lack of practice: Constant scheduling and device use prevent them from developing self-entertainment skills.

๐Ÿ”ด Skill gap: They haven't learned to manage downtime or generate their own entertainment.
