Almond Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
Amaretto-flavored non dairy creamer, 6 container, individual (90 g)
Eggs, 4 medium (176 g)
Water, 1 1/4 cup (287.5 g)
Chocolate fudge pudding mix, 3 9/10 oz (113.1 g)
Almonds, 1 tablespoon (11 g)
Canola oil, 1/2 cup (117 g)
Almond extract, 3 teaspoon (12 g)
Semisweet chocolate chips, 2 3/4 cups (500.5 g)
German chocolate cake mix, 1 package (450 g)
Instructions:
Directions In a large bowl, combine the cake, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs and extract; beat until combined. Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350Β° for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely. In a small saucepan, combine the creamer and remaining chocolate chips. Cook over low heat until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Cool for 45 minutes.
Drizzle over cake. Garnish with almonds. Yield: 12-16 servings.
