A recent Nexus Hybrid case finished in PMMA, sent out directly to a clinician utilising in their clinic. The arch was designed upon 5 Straumann SRA's from precision data capture using our patented Scan Gauge technology.

This case is very typical of an FP3 style restoration becoming increasingly common across implant dentistry, with the Nexus Hybrid itself as the most common restoration style produced by Osteon Medical.

This unique 3 implant case required the use of a removable indication and a significant cantilever design, made possible with the titanium Osteon bar and suprastructure.

(Not available for purchase by the general public.)

The client requested a primary bar upon Nobel Branemark Multi-unit's for the mandibular arch. To maintain strength of the patients final prosthesis across three implants, the client opted for a suprastructure over the bar offering increased stability across the arch. Locator attachments were included with nylon inserts as an additional retention element for the final overlaid tooth material.
