For many people the joy of the warmer weather, also comes with the annoyance of allergies and hay fever. Pollen, dust mites and fur are the most common cause of all allergies, but there are a few simple steps you can take to keep symptoms at bay:
+ Stay indoors on windy days or when the pollen count is high
+ Splash your eyes often with cold water to flush out any allergens
+ Shower after outdoor activities when exposure to allergens is high
+ Wear sunglasses to reduce the amount of pollen that gets into the eyes
+ Clean your house regularly to reduce exposure to dust, dust mites and animal fur
+ Replace bedding regularly
