Due to internet connection not being available, class tomorrow is cancelled .
I will be teaching live on Tuesday 10.30am at Advance Fitness East Doncaster, Thursday 6.30pm & Saturday 10.30am at Fairfield Wellness.

Yoga class Sunday mornings at 10.30am. All body levels are welcome and we offer alternatives for those the physical limitations or injuries.

This mornings class was a gentle Yin class with a combination of wall poses.
Our Yin classes are designed each session to maximise flexibility through staying in poses and releasing through the facia. This releases toxins we hold in the body. Yin works on major organ pairs and meridian lines.

These sessions are not prerecorded and are designed to meet the needs of students and their bodies. Alternate poses and props are offered during the class.

We commonly use bolsters (or pillows), straps (one off your dressing gown would be fine) and blocks (hard bound book can work) to support the body in the poses to allow the body to be still, and release through the pose.
