When Margaret first joined the Level Up Transformation Program walking on uneven trails felt daunting. Mobility challenges and a lack of confidence made hikes seem out of reach. She wanted to participate but wasn’t sure if her body would cooperate.

With a little encouragement (and a pair of walking poles for extra stability), everything changed. Once she felt secure, there was no going back—Margaret charged forward with confidence, surprising even herself!

Throughout the six-week program and all through the retreat, she didn’t just keep up—she led the pack on many of our hikes! What started as hesitant steps turned into strong, steady strides, proving that with the right support and mindset, transformation is possible at any stage.

Jane’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. She lost 10.27% of her body weight and, in the process, found glowing confidence, community, and joy.

From stress and self‑doubt to courage and openness, her transformation shows what’s possible when you commit to yourself.

“By the end of the 6‑week Transformation Program, I lost weight beyond my expectations, lifted my fitness and made new friends.”

The changes went far beyond the scale.

“Since starting the program, I’ve felt younger, lighter, happier and determined.”

Jane realised her life had changed permanently in how she engages with food and exercise. She found joy in social connection, and even moments she never thought she’d enjoy again.
