This was the result of our last Level Up Transformation group.

In just six weeks, they lost a combined 84.2 kilograms, with an average weight loss of 8.32%.

That’s our highest performing group to date.

There were 12 people in this group, three quarters of participants had weight loss as their primary goal, and they worked hard from day one.

Tracey’s journey in the Level Up Transformation Program wasn’t just about physical change — it was about completely reshaping her mindset.

Melisa’s journey shows that change is possible at any stage of life.

After a particularly tough year, she joined the 6‑week Transformation Program determined to rediscover herself — and what she found was more than she imagined.

By the end of the program, she had lost 8.55% of her body weight and gained back the energy and vitality she’d been missing. But for Melisa, the biggest wins went far beyond the scale.

“By the end of the 6‑week Transformation Program, I felt stronger and leaner. It gave me the confidence to wear shorts and singlet tops. Both my walking and running pace picked up and I no longer felt as fatigued after a workout.”

Deb’s story is proof that it’s never too late to change your life.

For years she felt herself slipping away, doubting whether she could ever commit to something new. But when she joined the program, everything shifted.

“I was not feeling good about myself. I had felt good for quite a few years, but I thought, if I don’t do something, I’m just going to get worse and sink into a hole I won’t know how to get out of.”

From that moment of honesty came courage — and the results speak for themselves. Deb lost 6% of her body weight, but more importantly, she gained energy, confidence, and joy.

“My sleep has improved 80%. Energy, mood and mindset have all improved 100%. I can’t remember the last time I felt this good.”
