But on a serious note… who else has been feeling completely all over the place the past couple of weeks?
I know I have.
Fatigue 🥱
Low motivation 🫠
That weird sense of losing your rhythm, sense of direction, even my darn mojo.
(All that runs through my head when I think about how to describe the feeling is Zoolanders
‘’Who am I?”….. scene 🤣🤣 IYKYK)

I can feel that I’m in the space between identities.
One version of me has already shed…
but the next version hasn’t fully landed yet.
It can be wobbly. Unclear. Disorienting.

I’ve been through upgrades like this many times before.
So I know what’s on the other side: More clarity, Strength, Sense of self and POWER than ever before 🙌🔥

But for now, I also know just to hang in there and the only way through is surrender.
Easy to know.
But much harder to do when you’re in it 😅🫠

Lucky for me, I have the support I need, which means I can hold myself through this season and continue holding space for my clients, many of whom are moving through the exact same thing.
This is why having a coach or mentor matters peoples!! So you don’t burn that sh*t down in the middle of a big transition or void 😅

I’m so ready to finish this shedding with the snake year and welcome the action, momentum and fire of the Fire Horse energy 🔥🐎
Not long now peoples, Horse year energy starts next week! Yeeeooowww!!

I’d see coaches working from beaches and dream locations and think,
What a w*nkeeeerrr 🍆 😅
But the truth?
I wasn’t even mad at them… it was just 5 years ago I was triggered AF because I couldn’t see a way out yet.

Out of the way of life I’d created for myself
Out of my 9–5.
Out of what we’re taught is “stable” income
(which I now realise just means capped income… ew).
I was stuck in a misaligned job that gave me literal anxiety,
While all the while keeping the deepest knowing inside that I was meant for so much more 🥹
So watching others live freely…. Oooffff it hurt!
They were showing me what I truly desired but I just didn’t yet believe was possible for ME.

But in the end, small change by small change it added up to a life my past self wouldn’t have even recognized
And Fast forward to now.
This January I travelled the entire month while working.
Early morning coaching calls while my kids slept,
Then full beach days, exploring AND quality time with my family.

I came home feeling genuinely rejuvenated, like I’d had the best break 🙏
My clients kept thriving🔥
My income?
Still hit five figures💸
Not because I worked more,
but because I changed what I believed and built a low-touch business with strong systems 🙌

So here I am now.
Working, travelling, with my family.
The literal definition of a wa**er to my five-years-ago self 😅🫠

When I finally bet on myself, sacrificing a little time and investing money is what ultimately created so much MORE time AND an uncapped income far beyond ANYTHING I ever had working for someone else.

At the start of my personal development journey, I told myself that investing in coaches, mentors or courses meant I was taking time and money away from my kids.
I guilted myself into believing my dreams had to wait.

But then, EVERYTHING changed when my mindset shifted and I finally believed I was worthy of more too.

Investing in myself didn’t deprive my children — it actually created an ENTIRELY different and 100000 X BETTER life for all of us.

By default I also became happier, more fulfilled, more present… less snappy and a much calmer mother and wife.
Which of course means happier kids and partner too!

Yes sure at first, fitting it all in around a 9–5 and children. It took commitment.

But FF to now I have a business that has financially allowed my husband to quit his business and stay home with the kids, I get to do work that genuinely excites the sh*t outta me (most days 😜) I’m literally busting at the seams to create tranformstive shifts with my clients every day!

I have the freedom and flexibility to travel 🌎 when I want, work around 20 hours a week ⏰ and I still get to show up for every one of my children’s milestones 👧🏻 👧🏻 👶🏻 🥹
I never have to miss the moments that matter.

The best investment you will ever make is
➡️ IN YOURSELF 🥹😘
When you choose alignment, purpose, trust your gut and back yourself, the ripple effect will change everything 🥲

I don’t want to imagine where my life would be if I hadn’t taken the bet on me…

And I promise you, if you do too… you and what unfolds will be worth it 😘😘

I’m honestly so honoured to work with the incredible clients I do and to everyone who’s cheered me on, thank you.. so much… from the bottom of my heart.

He’s been out here living his best stay-at-home dad life 🙌

Each day is slightly different…

But the point is, it’s our lives BY OUR DESIGN and our life did NOT always look like this.

Like most people, we were once caught in the grind of 9–5s… working jobs we weren’t passionate about, structuring our ‘lives’ around work instead of work around life.

We were busy, exhausted and honestly, a little disconnected from what truly mattered.

Fast forward a few years… and everything has changed.

Now, we spend more time with our three girls 👧🏻 👧🏻 👶🏻
We travel when we want to 🌎
We prioritise self-care ♥️
And my “work”… well, it doesn’t even feel like work to me. I’m genuinely lit up by what I do almost every day 🔥🙏

Monday is admin, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are content creation, I only see clients on Thursdays and Fridays, work part-time hours, usually in the mornings with the afternoons free but switch it up when I feel like it and still create more than a full-time income, while having ‘more’ time with my family than the 9-5 could have ever given me 🥹

It’s taken years of refining, realigning and figuring out what we truly wanted and what worked… but life feels really good right now 😍

And that’s exactly what I love helping my clients create,
A life and business that actually feels like joy and freedom.
