Join us for our Core Explorers ( formally Kidlates ) Ages 6-12

Tuesday 13/1 9.15 am

Thursday 15/1 12.15 pm

For athletic teens or simply those wanting to improve posture and energy , our

Strong Foundations class for ages 13-18 will be held on ;

Tuesday 13/1 12.15am

Thursday 15/1 1pm

All classes are 45 mins , $25 and capped at 6 per class . Health Insurance rebates apply under Exercise Physiology. PM me for bookings .

Having 3 boys myself teens , and a tween I look forward to working with anyone who is keen to be in the studio , to have fun and those who are serious about improving core strength!
